Adrenal fatigue syndrome plagues many people worldwide, even though it is an under-diagnosed ailment. That constant tired feeling, salt and sugar cravings, plus an inability to heal fast can be treated naturally. It does take quite a while to get the adrenal glands back in shape. Dietary and lifestyle changes are both required in you want to start feeling better.
Since adrenal fatigue is caused by stresses, you have to remove the stresses from your life. I know that is easier said than done, perhaps lessening stress would be more appropriate. Relationships with family members, whether it is your children, spouse, or parents must be dealt with. While you may not want to get rid of these people from your lives, you must find a way to deal with them without causing undue stress on yourself. Financial problems are another major cause of stress. You cannot do anything about the economy but you can learn how to deal with the stresses that financial worries cause.
A boss at work or a friend may be causing stress in your life. The more negative people around you, the more stress you will feel. Negative people also drain the little bit of energy you have left. Find some people who are positive, and surround yourself with these type of people. It is all about learning new ways to cope with causes of stress that you cannot change, and changing what you can.
